Local Markdown workspace with live preview, quick preview, and MD/HTML export.

Current Scope

This version is limited to a local Markdown workspace, quick preview, and `.md / .html` export. HTML copy and export only use the sanitized preview for the current mode, options, and input, with no themes, publishing, sharing, collaboration, or PDF export.

Workbench Mode

This only affects the download filename and HTML <title>. It does not trigger a rerender or mark the current preview dirty.
